Aikido is a martial art for everyone. Young, old, small, big, children, adults, male, female, fit, unfit. It doesn’t matter. Aikido doesn’t require size, strength or power. Therefore, it is perfect for females and it is perfect for children, although grown men can enjoy it too!! Beginners welcome!
Our dojo has highly experienced instructors and helpers, in conjunction with a dedicated admin/management team, who together ensure our club is both vibrant and thriving for the benefit of all our members. It costs nothing to come and check us out! We look forward to seeing you soon!
